- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) collects basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. This is used for site security and aggregate analytics.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up on what you asked about
- Provide quotes, demos, and information about our services
- Send occasional updates about INSRC if you've expressed interest (you can opt out at any time)
- Improve our website and services based on aggregate usage data
- Maintain the security and reliability of our site
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the site and communicate with you. This includes our hosting provider (Cloudflare), email provider (Google Workspace), and form processing service (Web3Forms). These providers process data only on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
- Legal authorities if we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of others.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies. We may use essential cookies required for the site to function (such as security checks via Cloudflare). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as is reasonable to maintain our business relationship with you, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
